Great place to stay, minutes from Acropolis.
Positive: We loved the spaciousness of the flat, the balcony, and the easy walk to the Acropolis. The street was quite busy but the blinds kept out a lot of noise and light. We enjoyed the neighborhood cafes over the crowded, touristy Placka.
Negative: We loved the balcony, and the small corner view of the Odeon and Acropolis, but we imagined the view would be better.
We would have appreciated extra towels, as one per person isn't enough for four nights.

Nieuw, modern en centraal gelegen.
Positive: Het is een nieuw appartement, heerlijk gelegen in het centrum. Het is modern ingericht en voorzien van alle noodzakelijk apparatuur. Het appartement was ook erg schoon. De ligging is geweldig: je kunt praktisch alles te voet bereiken. Om de hoek begint de eerste horeca al, zonder dat je daar last van hebt.

Negative: dangerous to mis step when reaching the bedroom due to the step entering/exiting the room (you can mark it somehow) as well as the difficulty to see (due mostly to the curtains over it) the step between the bed side and the window/balcony (needs better light and marking ! ... to avoid any accident...). Positive: Newly decorated and thoughtfully renovated, beautiful building, high quality fittings, convenient location with lots of bars and restaurants, design features, high ceilings. Good AC. Lovely balcony. Great water pressure, comfy beds, new towels.
Negative: Currently no lift, can be a little noisy late night on a weekend, although within the area it's as good as it gets as it is off the noisy streets.

Le prix pas trop élevé, d'autant que nous avons eu une réduction.

L'obscurité grâce aux rideaux épais pour bien dormir.
Negative: Mauvaise insonorisation par rapport aux voisins qui nous réveillaient le matin, surtout pour le lit simple dans la pièce principale.

Fabulous in every way!
Positive: Nothing not to like! Central location with some great bars and restaurants close by but not noisy.  Quality comfortable king size mattress and new linen.  Shower is a proper 90x90 cubical (not a curtain!) with powerful efficient water supply and modern fittings throughout.  Excellent contemporary, tasteful design in a beautiful traditional building.  Loved the 2 cute balconies.  Exceptional clean throughout.
Negative: Maybe a couple of more hooks/shelf in the shower room but it certainly wouldn’t stop me returning!

Superb base for exploring Athens
Positive: Very clean and comfortable apartment.  Balcony out towards the street with a view of the acropolis.  Nice neighborhood and the road is quiet - sometimes the tour busses use the road and we had fun waving at the people! There is a shop a short distance away ran by some lovely people selling some delicious things.  The location is fantastic - The acropolis and museum are a short distance away and Plaka district just a little further on.  For quieter atmosphere and the open air cinema there is Thiseio.  Also there is Philopappos Hill just behind which has some stunning views from the top - its a relatively easy climb to the top and loads of walking tracks all around - great for running.  Altogether I would say this apartment is a brilliant choice for exploring Athens.
Negative: Just some minor things.  The picture i think is of the apartment upstairs and has a clearer view of the Acropolis.  We did still have a nice view of the Acropolis from our balcony.  We couldn't get the air-conditioning to work but that's probably just us!

Positive: Πολύ ωραία εμπειρία στο διαμέρισμα! Η τοποθεσία στο Κολωνάκι ήταν ιδανική — κοντά σε όλα, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη και προσεγμένη. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, μοντέρνο και με ωραίες λεπτομέρειες στη διακόσμηση. Το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, κάτι που εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα για ένα σύντομο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν άψογος, ευγενικός και διαθέσιμος για ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω σίγουρα στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μου στην Αθήνα.

Positive: Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ ζεστός και cozy, ο Γιώργος ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης και το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Ήθελα κάτι κεντρικά και το σημείο δεν θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο! Αυτή τη φορά το χρειαζόμουν για επαγγελματικό σκοπό αλλά σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά στην επόμενη μου βόλτα στην Αθήνα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Negative: Λίγο δύσκολο πάρκινγκ γιατί είχαμε μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο! Αν και υπάρχει δυνατότητα ενοικίασης ισόγειου πάρκινγκ δίπλα ακριβωσ για αυτοκίνητο που χωράει!

Positive: Η διαμονή μου στο Executive Apartment στο Κολωνάκι ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, άνετος και εξοπλισμένος με ό,τι χρειαζόμουν για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, στην καρδιά του Κολωνακίου, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε εστιατόρια, καφέ, μαγαζιά και συγκοινωνίες.

Ένα μεγάλο συν ήταν η εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από την ομάδα διαχείρισης. Ήταν ευγενικοί, πρόθυμοι και πάντα διαθέσιμοι να με καθοδηγήσουν για το πού να φάω, πού να περπατήσω και να μου δώσουν χρήσιμες συμβουλές για τη γύρω περιοχή. Επιπλέον, ό,τι χρειάστηκα κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μου, το φρόντισαν άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά.

Σίγουρα θα επέλεγα ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

George’s place is located in a very nice and safe area, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy walking access to the main attractions (especially the Acropolis Museum). The only downside was that the wall-mounted shower head in the bathroom was missing, which was different from what was shown in the photos. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay! The bed was also very comfortable! Highly recommended!

Perfect location. So easy to get everywhere

El departamento es mucho más grande y más lindo que lo que se ve en las fotos. Estaba todo impecable! Sábanas , toallas, acolchados, cocina , cuartos, baño, balcón….Todo todo! Está provisto de lo necesario incluyendo champú y jabón. Tender para la ropa, lavarropas, elementos de cocina, etc. Se comunicó con nosotros en todo momento, nos recomendó donde ir a comer, nos organizó el transfer para ir al aeropuerto y todo perfecto. Está muy bien ubicado a dos cuadras de la acrópolis y en el centro de Plaka, podes ir a todos lados caminando. Es un lugar súper seguro para vivir y para salir y para entrar. Se los súper recomiendo!!! Gracias por todo!!

Great apartment! It was a quick walk to the acropolis and museum which was great. The apartment was clean and easily accessible even with our late arrival. Also a short walk to the main shopping strips and some nice restaurants. Overall great spot.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb on Veikou 12 in Athens! The apartment was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Acropolis, Plaka, and many great restaurants and cafes. It’s also close to public transportation, which made getting around the city very easy. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful tips about the neighborhood and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and toiletries. The apartment itself was quiet and cozy, with great natural light and a comfortable bed. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens. It’s a great value for the location and comfort, and I’d definitely stay here again!

We booked George’s home for my birthday weekend in Athens and everything was great! The apartment is very pretty, in one of my favorite neighbourhoods (Koukaki), with plenty of choices to eat/drink etc nearby. It’s right under Acropolis so walking around is very much recommended :) The communication with the host was quick and easy and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely book it again in the future :)
