Great place to stay, minutes from Acropolis.
Positive: We loved the spaciousness of the flat, the balcony, and the easy walk to the Acropolis. The street was quite busy but the blinds kept out a lot of noise and light. We enjoyed the neighborhood cafes over the crowded, touristy Placka.
Negative: We loved the balcony, and the small corner view of the Odeon and Acropolis, but we imagined the view would be better.
We would have appreciated extra towels, as one per person isn't enough for four nights.

Nieuw, modern en centraal gelegen.
Positive: Het is een nieuw appartement, heerlijk gelegen in het centrum. Het is modern ingericht en voorzien van alle noodzakelijk apparatuur. Het appartement was ook erg schoon. De ligging is geweldig: je kunt praktisch alles te voet bereiken. Om de hoek begint de eerste horeca al, zonder dat je daar last van hebt.

Negative: dangerous to mis step when reaching the bedroom due to the step entering/exiting the room (you can mark it somehow) as well as the difficulty to see (due mostly to the curtains over it) the step between the bed side and the window/balcony (needs better light and marking ! ... to avoid any accident...). Exceptional stay
Positive: Newly decorated and thoughtfully renovated, beautiful building, high quality fittings, convenient location with lots of bars and restaurants, design features, high ceilings. Good AC. Lovely balcony. Great water pressure, comfy beds, new towels.
Negative: Currently no lift, can be a little noisy late night on a weekend, although within the area it's as good as it gets as it is off the noisy streets.

Le coin lecture dans la 'bow window', et le grand balcon.

La rue calme et l'emplacement central, avec un excellent restaurant asiatique juste à côté de l'appartement, et les parkings à proximité.

Le thé, café, liquide vaisselle et produits pour la douche mis à disposition.

Le prix pas trop élevé, d'autant que nous avons eu une réduction.

L'obscurité grâce aux rideaux épais pour bien dormir.
Negative: Mauvaise insonorisation par rapport aux voisins qui nous réveillaient le matin, surtout pour le lit simple dans la pièce principale.

Fabulous in every way!
Positive: Nothing not to like! Central location with some great bars and restaurants close by but not noisy.  Quality comfortable king size mattress and new linen.  Shower is a proper 90x90 cubical (not a curtain!) with powerful efficient water supply and modern fittings throughout.  Excellent contemporary, tasteful design in a beautiful traditional building.  Loved the 2 cute balconies.  Exceptional clean throughout.
Negative: Maybe a couple of more hooks/shelf in the shower room but it certainly wouldn’t stop me returning!

Positive: I absolutely loved everything about our stay here! The suite was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed—including a cute little kitchen and a super comfy bed. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Athens but still quiet and peaceful. I especially adored the balcony—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Superb base for exploring Athens
Positive: Very clean and comfortable apartment.  Balcony out towards the street with a view of the acropolis.  Nice neighborhood and the road is quiet - sometimes the tour busses use the road and we had fun waving at the people! There is a shop a short distance away ran by some lovely people selling some delicious things.  The location is fantastic - The acropolis and museum are a short distance away and Plaka district just a little further on.  For quieter atmosphere and the open air cinema there is Thiseio.  Also there is Philopappos Hill just behind which has some stunning views from the top - its a relatively easy climb to the top and loads of walking tracks all around - great for running.  Altogether I would say this apartment is a brilliant choice for exploring Athens.
Negative: Just some minor things.  The picture i think is of the apartment upstairs and has a clearer view of the Acropolis.  We did still have a nice view of the Acropolis from our balcony.  We couldn't get the air-conditioning to work but that's probably just us!

Positive: Πολύ ωραία εμπειρία στο διαμέρισμα! Η τοποθεσία στο Κολωνάκι ήταν ιδανική — κοντά σε όλα, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη και προσεγμένη. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, μοντέρνο και με ωραίες λεπτομέρειες στη διακόσμηση. Το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, κάτι που εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα για ένα σύντομο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν άψογος, ευγενικός και διαθέσιμος για ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω σίγουρα στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μου στην Αθήνα.

Positive: Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ ζεστός και cozy, ο Γιώργος ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης και το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Ήθελα κάτι κεντρικά και το σημείο δεν θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο! Αυτή τη φορά το χρειαζόμουν για επαγγελματικό σκοπό αλλά σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά στην επόμενη μου βόλτα στην Αθήνα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Positive: Οικογεμεια με 2 μικρά παιδιά!Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Αρκετά κοντά στο μετρό, περίπου 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια!!Πολυ καθαρό με όλες τις ανέσεις!!
Negative: Λίγο δύσκολο πάρκινγκ γιατί είχαμε μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο! Αν και υπάρχει δυνατότητα ενοικίασης ισόγειου πάρκινγκ δίπλα ακριβωσ για αυτοκίνητο που χωράει!

Positive: Η διαμονή μου στο Executive Apartment στο Κολωνάκι ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, άνετος και εξοπλισμένος με ό,τι χρειαζόμουν για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, στην καρδιά του Κολωνακίου, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε εστιατόρια, καφέ, μαγαζιά και συγκοινωνίες.

Ένα μεγάλο συν ήταν η εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από την ομάδα διαχείρισης. Ήταν ευγενικοί, πρόθυμοι και πάντα διαθέσιμοι να με καθοδηγήσουν για το πού να φάω, πού να περπατήσω και να μου δώσουν χρήσιμες συμβουλές για τη γύρω περιοχή. Επιπλέον, ό,τι χρειάστηκα κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μου, το φρόντισαν άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά.

Σίγουρα θα επέλεγα ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

HIGHLY recommend this place for your stay in Athens. The location is central-- you can walk to pretty much every spot. If you don't like walking, the metro stop is a 3 min walk or so too! George was the most responsive host we've had so far, ensuring our questions were answered and that our needs were addressed. The place was very clean too. A must-stay!

Great location, worth the price paid. Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights, but enjoyed immensely.<br/>A recommendation would be to improve the maintenance as we had a few hick ups. Overall very good.

We had a great time in George's place. The flat is at a great location, very close to the metro, airport line, which is very convenient, as it also takes you to the city centre. Lots of local amenities and a small market just  2 mins walk,  to buy anything you need.<br/>The flat was in a great condition, very cosy and spacious! Loved the mattress! Has all you need to enjoy your stay in Athens.<br/>George has been extremely helpful and responded to everything we needed. I would highly recommend it if you want to have a cosy and relaxing stay in Athens!

L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, è ampio ed arredato finemente. Sono presenti due bagni senza finestre. La posizione è ottimale: la metro che porta all'aeroporto è raggiungibile a piedi e la zona è ricca di ogni tipo di servizio (market, farmacia, ristoranti di ogni tipo). Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e l'appartamento molto accogliente, un'oasi di tranquillità,  dopo lunghe giornate trascorse camminando per la città, in questi giorni,  rovente. Il ceck-in è stato semplice e George ci ha fornito le indicazioni in modo rapido ed efficace.

I had a work retreat at a nearby hotel, but I brought my family, so we wanted a little more space than a hotel room. George's place was perfect for our small family and we had space to eat, work, hang out, etc. Having two bathrooms was nice and George also provided a pack n' play for our toddler to sleep in. A/C was amazing since we visited Athens in June/July. There were several delicious restaurants close by. Everything was great! We would be happy to stay again the next time we visit Athens.

Easy access to metro. George easy to reach and respond.  Bazaar grocery a few blocks away.  Restaurants one block away.

We stayed for a few days and found the apartment very practical. It is close to the Metro and local restaurants. We did have a small issue with the shower but all good and  we really enjoyed our stay. Host George was very helpful.
