Great place to stay, minutes from Acropolis.
Positive: We loved the spaciousness of the flat, the balcony, and the easy walk to the Acropolis. The street was quite busy but the blinds kept out a lot of noise and light. We enjoyed the neighborhood cafes over the crowded, touristy Placka.
Negative: We loved the balcony, and the small corner view of the Odeon and Acropolis, but we imagined the view would be better.
We would have appreciated extra towels, as one per person isn't enough for four nights.

Positive: Het is een nieuw appartement, heerlijk gelegen in het centrum. Het is modern ingericht en voorzien van alle noodzakelijk apparatuur. Het appartement was ook erg schoon. De ligging is geweldig: je kunt praktisch alles te voet bereiken. Om de hoek begint de eerste horeca al, zonder dat je daar last van hebt.

Positive: Nothing not to like! Central location with some great bars and restaurants close by but not noisy.  Quality comfortable king size mattress and new linen.  Shower is a proper 90x90 cubical (not a curtain!) with powerful efficient water supply and modern fittings throughout.  Excellent contemporary, tasteful design in a beautiful traditional building.  Loved the 2 cute balconies.  Exceptional clean throughout.
Negative: Maybe a couple of more hooks/shelf in the shower room but it certainly wouldn’t stop me returning!

Superb base for exploring Athens
Positive: Very clean and comfortable apartment.  Balcony out towards the street with a view of the acropolis.  Nice neighborhood and the road is quiet - sometimes the tour busses use the road and we had fun waving at the people! There is a shop a short distance away ran by some lovely people selling some delicious things.  The location is fantastic - The acropolis and museum are a short distance away and Plaka district just a little further on.  For quieter atmosphere and the open air cinema there is Thiseio.  Also there is Philopappos Hill just behind which has some stunning views from the top - its a relatively easy climb to the top and loads of walking tracks all around - great for running.  Altogether I would say this apartment is a brilliant choice for exploring Athens.
Negative: Just some minor things.  The picture i think is of the apartment upstairs and has a clearer view of the Acropolis.  We did still have a nice view of the Acropolis from our balcony.  We couldn't get the air-conditioning to work but that's probably just us!

Positive: Πολύ ωραία εμπειρία στο διαμέρισμα! Η τοποθεσία στο Κολωνάκι ήταν ιδανική — κοντά σε όλα, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη και προσεγμένη. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, μοντέρνο και με ωραίες λεπτομέρειες στη διακόσμηση. Το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, κάτι που εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα για ένα σύντομο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν άψογος, ευγενικός και διαθέσιμος για ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω σίγουρα στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μου στην Αθήνα.

Positive: Η διαμονή μου στο Executive Apartment στο Κολωνάκι ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, άνετος και εξοπλισμένος με ό,τι χρειαζόμουν για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, στην καρδιά του Κολωνακίου, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε εστιατόρια, καφέ, μαγαζιά και συγκοινωνίες.

Ένα μεγάλο συν ήταν η εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από την ομάδα διαχείρισης. Ήταν ευγενικοί, πρόθυμοι και πάντα διαθέσιμοι να με καθοδηγήσουν για το πού να φάω, πού να περπατήσω και να μου δώσουν χρήσιμες συμβουλές για τη γύρω περιοχή. Επιπλέον, ό,τι χρειάστηκα κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μου, το φρόντισαν άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά.

Σίγουρα θα επέλεγα ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

George is a very nice host, very flexible and accommodating with early check-in, and always responded quickly, which I really appreciated. The apartment is on a basement level, and while it has a private courtyard, it can be overlooked by the units above. There are quite a few stairs inside, which weren’t mentioned in the listing, so something to be aware of. The coffee machine shown in the photos has been replaced with a French press. The shower head was cracked, which caused water to spray over the bathroom floor. Unfortunately, I also came across some cockroaches during my stay, which led me to leave earlier than planned.

實惠之選，地理位置極優，從地鐵站步行3分鐘可到達。藍色地鐵線可直達機場，到市中心景點（衛城）也只需要轉一個站。附近有兩家超市和三四間藥妝店。George每次都能很快及時回覆。

Ik wil beginnen met het feit dat George een super host is. Hij reageert snel, denkt in oplossingen en is zeer vriendelijk. Het appartement is heel makkelijk bereikbaar en bevindt zich in een super leuke, nette wijk, vol met restaurants en barretjes. Helaas was het apartment niet zo schoon als verwacht, maar dit is meteen opgelost met dank aan George. Het apartment bevindt zich ondergronds, in een oud pand, waardoor er ongedierte (kakkerlakken) is. Het is ook wat aan de donkere kant en vochtig. Dit zag je ook op de muren (lichte schimmelvorming). Verder kan het apartment een opknapbeurt gebruiken, likje verf, kastje weer recht hangen etc. Ten slotte: de locatie is zeker het boeken waard, het bed ligt lekker en de douche heeft een goede waterdruk, maar verwacht verder niet al te veel van het apartment. Al met al prima voor 2 nachten.

George and Nikos were incredibly friendly and accommodating — I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. They provided clear instructions and were always easy to reach, with excellent communication throughout my stay. The apartment is cozy and warm, and the location is very convenient. It’s close to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. There are plenty of nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner, as well as a bakery just around the corner that's perfect for breakfast. There's also a pharmacy, mini mart, hospital, and a church all within walking distance. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely book again the next time I'm in Athens. 🙌🏼

Lovely basement flat. Great neighbourhood. Very very comfortable bed. George was very responsive and helpful. A couple of things that would make it perfect. The check in instructions were out of date but luckily George was really quick to answer my questions. It would be really great to consider having salt and pepper in the flat. Just the very basics to save buying but it wasn’t a massive issue just a nice to have. Also have a care that I sat outside to eat my breakfast but water came shooting out a neighbour’s pipe and filled the floor around me. Again not a big deal but something to be aware of. All in all a great flat in a lovely neighbourhood.

Perfect location. Only issue is that, as the space is literally underground so no light or direct sun inside, it’s pretty dark! As a result it smells moldy and towels can’t dry properly neither the clothes if you do laundry. I wish it could be clearly mentioned in the description as it’s definitely misleading in comparison with the photos. Few issues with roaches but I’m not super sensitive with bugs. Overall OK and host was very reactive which is much appreciated. My opinion : Perfect for a night or two but not more.

I stayed here on my own for a couple of nights. It's super convenient for the metro and walking into the city. The neighborhood is safe and has everything you need. I really liked that the flat is in the basement and stayed cool all day and night. There is a nice quiet terrace to enjoy.

Please note the apartment is in the basement, this was not clear from the initial description. the location of this flat was amazing, i dont think i would have enjoyed athens as much as i did if i had stayed in a different location. free from tourists and the traps. lots of great local restaurants and boutiques, also very walkable to everywhere, and close to a main train line that you can use to go to and from the main airport. i felt very at home in the neighbourhood. george was fantastic, super available and unbelievably helpful. we locked the keys in flat at one point and george was sooo helpful in getting the locksmith to come out and help us get the keys back. also i needed somewhere to store my suitcase for a few hours before catching my flight, and george kindly took my suitcase for safekeeping to his own flat. i highly recommend this host and his array of properties.

Excellent emplacement, propriétaire à l ecoute et très réactif logement sombre pas de lumière du jour, la cuisine est trop petite et manque ustensiles, nous avons eu les travaux de l immeuble toute la semaine, réveiller à 7h30-8h
