The house was built in 1920 and was the family house of the Kyriazis family ,the owners of the olive factory located in the ground floor of the building.The total renovation of the house gives the guests the chance to have a most exciting and unique experience, to spend their holidays in an historical place. The house located in Agios Konstantinos, one of the most untouched and authentic villages in Greece. The sea is just 2 minutes(walk) away. You are going to love the early morning dives! The Space The interior of the house has been fully renovated aiming to offer to our guests a unique relaxation experience. Its minimal decoration is connected with the history of the impressive building. The Bedroom The bedroom is the room where you will feel like sleeping in a forest. The sleeping system(mattress-bed-pillow-sheets) is manufactured by 100% natural materials for the perfect sleep. The Dinning Room The dining room and the sitting room have all the amenities needed. You can read your book relaxing on the sofa-bed, watch satellite TV or dine under the candle lights. The Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator,stove,kettle,toaster,Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine and all the necessary utensils. The Bathroom The bathroom has shower, Washing machine, iron and training board is provided. The Terrace For sure you will enjoy spending most of your time in the outer two leveled courtyard.On the first level courtyard which is connected with the main house through a door. There is the outstanding table where you can enjoy your breakfast , your greek meze and ouzo after your swim or you can enjoy your dinner under the moonlight. On the second level is the terrace which gives the possibility to sunbath in the special designed anatomical deck chairs during the day, enjoying both mountain and sea view. But the most beautiful time to acquire the magic of this unique place is when its dusk. The landscape is unforgettable. Imagine yourselves holding a glass of Samos wine and watching the giving its place to the night! You can use all the areas of the house as well as the terraces. Also after consensus you can have a private guided tour in the place of our old olive oil factory. I am at your disposal for all the information you may need. The house is located in Agios Konstantinos. Avillage by the seaon the north side of the island with authentic and unspoiled architectural and cultural elements. You will be fascinated by its crystal clear water beach with thick pebbles. The neighborhood offers quiet, privacy and relaxation without being away from places of interest like Kokkari(10min) , Karlovasi(15min), the very famous villages Manolates(15min), Vourliotes(10min), Ampelos(15min) and also beaches as Tsambou(5min), Tsamadou(10min) , Lemonakia(10min), Potami(15min).
